Job Duties:

• Coordination of data entry for downhole activities.
• Correct data coming from Open Wells as reported by WOCS.
• Collect, input and correct data to show trends for DH decisions.
• Update Failure information in Open Wells.
• Update wellbore information after jobs are complete.
• Create and complete rigless job information.
• Attach appropriate documents to jobs.
• Identify and report software issues.
• Interact with Well Servicing and Artificial Lift Teams to ensure maximum efficiency and 
  cost-effective performance.

Competencies:

• Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office environment
• Must be able to type 60-70 WPM
• Strong initiative and self-starter
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices
• Proficiency in business communication
• Demonstrated knowledge of filing and record keeping procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests

Qualifications:

• 1-5 yrs. of oil & gas well servicing tech experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred
• Proficiency in data analytics.  
• Previous oil and gas field/operations;  Previous oil and gas field/operations administrative background a must; including work orders, purchase orders, invoicing, working closely with Buyer.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
• Candidate must within a 50-mile radius of Midland, TX
• Strong communicator, with excellent verbal, written skillsets
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

• Work generally performed in an office environment
• Travel may be required for assignments, meetings and training
• Overtime, Weekend and/or Holiday hours may be required
