Responsibilities:

· Monitors truck unloading for fiber type.

· Ensures loads are properly weighed and documented.

· Move fiber to correct areas.

· Get a sample bag of fiber and run test M & A.

· Maintain proper mix for running.

· Keep wet bins fed with prescribed mix for blend running at the time.

· Clean abort rock bin and screener area as needed.

· Keep loader maintained and clean.

· Check rock trap bin and empty if needed.

· Check wet bin feed belts for buildup.

· Clean under belts if you can if not radio for help/report findings

Other Duties:

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Supervision Received:

This position takes direction from the Shift Foreman and reports to the Production Supervisor.

None

Physical Demands and Requirements:

· Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound loads.

· Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.

· Must be able to work for extended periods under a wide range of ambient conditions.

· Must be able to work flexible hours.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Must have experience in operation of forklifts, wheel loaders and material handling equipment and the demonstrated ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.

· Show a commitment to teamwork, being results oriented.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and effective organizational skills.

· Ability to interact with co-workers, contractors and suppliers on a professional level.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shift

Experience:

• Manufacturing/mill: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year
• Mill/machine operator: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hope, AR 71801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
