Daphnes petals is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a floral designer and plant specialist. Should be creative experience with flowers not a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create floral designs and plant arrangements for use in retail, office, and home settings.
- Design, create, and sell floral bouquets and plants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the design studio including but not limited to: sales, inventory, office duties, flower delivery, etc.
- Assist with the maintenance of the plant inventory.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to grounds, parking lot, driveways, walkways, etc.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of floral design experience preferred but not required (if applicable).

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
