To perform a variety of regular tasks to facilitate a well-organized office. To complete specialized computer tasks for Darby Day.
To relieve staff of certain essential routine responsibilities and to assist staff by finishing projects and workflows as requested to meet deadlines.
Meets goals and objectives by matching client employee needs to candidates’ skills, experience, and work culture. Goals are met by searching, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring job candidates through intensive and extensive communication between client, candidate and staffing team is critical.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Outstanding communication skills and a strategic-planning mindset to foster strong, successful relationships with the clients.
You will communicate and implement all company policies, procedures and ensure compliance across your team.Job Duties : Plans and coordinates recruitment strategy for various client’s staffing needs.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.Uses various internet job resource sites, employment agencies, and walk-ins to search and find potential candidates.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Builds potential candidate lists that meet client’s staffing needs.Assigns qualified candidates at client work sites.Gives assigned candidates a walk-through of job site.
- Monitors assigned employees’ progress at work site.Inputs, updates, and maintains candidate status in Staffing Information SystemEstablishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
- meeting with managers to discuss needs.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

- emphasizing benefits and perks.Handles intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions;
- coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation;
- enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Make 125 calls per day with a successful placement rate of 7-8 applicants per day.Work Rotating weekends as assigned by Manager.
Service existing accounts by obtains orders.Establishes new and existing account pipelines.Take on all Professional and Internal Job Requestions for Darby Day.
Approve all website ads that go live.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
