Darigold is seeking a professional and dedicated Plant Administration Assistant to join our production facility, located in Boise, ID. The Administration Assistant serves as a solution-provider to the Plant on a wide range of office issues. This role will work collaboratively with the Plant Leadership team to provide and assist with a variety of administrative functions to ensure maximum effectiveness. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the Plant office and will aid and support employees by providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
- Answering phones and facilitating voicemails to appropriate party
- Reception desk administration
- Facilitate Covid screening process
- Greeting & Assisting visitors
- Assigning lockers and maintaining list
- Uniform Management
- Manage paycheck distribution
- Printer service calls and maintain printer list with ID tag and location in plant
- Badge access to the Plant
- Assisting food/coffee vendors with issues, access, questions
- Assisting WCP & Grainger vendors as needed
- Facilitate paperwork to off-site warehouse
- Support new hires in onboarding activities as needed
- Filing of operations paperwork (filler sheets, CIP sheets, etc.)
- FedEx shipments
- Mail distribution
- Lunch & Event Ordering/Prep
- General Communications
- Office Supply Ordering & Inventory Management
- Maintain General Office Organization
- Other special projects as needed
What You Will Bring
- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to use sound judgment in the execution of daily tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- High school diploma
- Experience working in an administrative or clerical role
