Dark Horse Comics is accepting resumes for a new position for our Dark Horse Direct team! We are searching for a self-driven, professional eCommerce Customer Service Coordinator for the B2C online storefront, Dark Horse Direct, to sell high-end, limited availability products and collectibles to fans all over the world. This position provides support to the Director of eCommerce, Dark Horse Direct department, and Product Development Department with responsibilities related (but not limited) to: professional customer service and order management. This is a full-time, hourly position at 40hr/week with flexible working location between remote and onsite work in Milwaukie, OR. The budgeted salary for this position is between $38,000-$42,000/year, depending on experience. High opportunity for advancement within organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service for Dark Horse Direct
Professional and Customer-centric response via Email for general product and site related questions
Replacement Products and Parts Fulfillment
Customer order assistance including cancellations, address updates, payment updates, delivery coordination, etc.
Promotional Incentive Coordination and Fulfillment, as assigned
Coordination with Dark Horse Warehouse & Shipping Staff
Coordination with Shipping Courier Representatives (such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) via phone and email to assist with package delivery issues.
Assist with Dark Horse Direct customer communications via newsletter (GetResponse platform) & Shopify software & applications
Assist with brainstorming product ideas, incentives, product development and launch coordination, and order fulfillment
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements
Preferred Requirements:
1-3 years prior experience working in marketing, online sales, customer service
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Familiar with Shopify, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working in Google Workspace & Drive
Comfortable working with Mac and Apple Products
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
Since this position works directly with customers, multiple departments, vendors, and business partners, candidates must have a professional attitude and be flexible to work with people of various personalities
Function well in a close team environment
Knowledge of Dark Horse Comics and general pop culture a plus
Minimal travel may be requested
