Looking for a Full Time experienced taxidermist or a quick learner with good hands/artistic skills for growing high quality and reputable Taxidermy business.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and preserve animals through the process of taxidermy
- Mount animal hides and pelts
- Sculpt and shape mannequins to accurately represent the anatomy of various animals (all types of deer, bear, coyote, antelope, exotics / African types, etc.)
- Paint and airbrush animal features, such as eyes, noses, and mouths, to achieve a lifelike appearance
- Utilize various tools and techniques to create realistic poses for mounted animals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Skills:
- Strong artistic ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of different animal species
- Proficiency in using taxidermy tools and equipment, such as scalpels, tanning machines, airbrushes, and sculpting materials
- Understanding of different preservation methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
