Description

SUMMARY

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administrative functions of the Human Resources department with regards to procedures and policies, payroll, reporting, data entry and special projects as assigned.

Job Duties

  1. Assist with all areas and functions within the Human Resources department as directed.
  2. Assist with payroll processing, benefits, and billing, along with all associated reporting.
  3. Support all internal time-off inquiries or requests. Maintain mandatory time-off calendar.
  4. Provide administrative support for hiring, transfers, terminations, and employee changes.
  5. Coordinate and execute monthly/quarterly audit trail reports.
  6. Assist with the coordination and filing of government reporting.
  7. Maintain accurate and complete personnel records.  Ensures that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are strictly followed.
  8. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  9. All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Education:     High School Diploma

Experience:   6 months to 2 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent preferred, including time spent in preparatory positions.

Skills: Excellent organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidential data.
