The Opportunity
DAT Solutions is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to join our team in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite 3 days a week presence.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and as part of a team of 3 HR Generalists, you will work closely with staff, managers and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support including but not limited to recruitment administration, HRIS/Employee Records management, benefits/policy support, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process (ATS - Greenhouse): post jobs through the ATS (Greenhouse), create offers, conduct background screening, administer candidates.
- Maintain employee data in the HRIS system (UltiPro): create/update employee information, report out on data.
- Assist HR Business Partner and partner with managers on employee relations matters: provide counsel, conduct investigations, review and document employee performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, work practices, etc.
- Provide support to DAT's Organizational Development Manager on performance management initiatives as needed; including yearly performance reviews.
- Oversees specific HR programs, as assigned.
The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- PHR certification, a plus.
- Prior experience working for a professional tech focused business, a plus.
For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, theminimum salary for this role is $60,000 benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
