We are looking for dynamic and innovative individuals ready to jump start their career! The Teleresearch Associate will join our work from home team of employees. The primary responsibility of our teammates is to collect, verify and update businesses information by phone. We use a scripted call structure to collect items such as, company name, address, employee size, key personnel, lines of business, and other pertinent information. Our average call time is less than a minute, so we are looking for individuals that are professional with an upbeat tone.
Essential Job Functions: *
- Conduct a short, scripted phone interview with via our auto-dialer to companies across the country to verify and gather their basic business information (Business name, address, employee size and line of business, etc.).
- Use basic computer skills to enter the gathered information into our database.
- Maintain 99% accuracy rate while meeting company standards for production.

- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Ability to efficiently communicate with business contacts by phone in an accurate and professional manner
- Knowledge of basic customer service practices and techniques
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Enter what you hear accurately
- Ability to work independently, from home, while supporting team goals
Education, Experience, and Certification: *
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Call Center or customer service experience preferred
