We’re a fast growing tech start up with a global footprint across Australia, the US and the UK. We are doubling in size every 6 months!   We are looking for a Data Tech Lead to help lead data engineering, enable data driven decisions internally at Zoomo, and support the creation of data-driven features in our customer-facing software products. They will help lead the design and delivery of Zoomo’s ongoing data programs and collaborate closely with their counterparts in business intelligence, analytics, and product development teams.The Data Tech Lead is responsible for their team’s execution, the quality of the team’s work, the speed and cadence at which they produce, but most importantly they are responsible for the impact delivered, while maintaining the team’s culture, environment, and overall growth of the people in it.The Tech Lead role is a balance between hands-on engineering and people management.
