What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tactical Data Link Analyst position at Data Intelligence LLC?
Candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing platform Message Implementation Plans (MIPs), APIS and PIDDs as well as reviewing, evaluating and developing Link 16 Interface Change Proposals (ICPs).
Candidate will provide interoperability SME in the development of Platform Requirements Specification (PRS) and Platform Requirements Difference Document (PRDD) for platforms documenting the enterprise superset of total requirements and the Actual Platform Implementation Specification (APIS) and Platform Implementation Difference Document (PIDD) for OPC implementation.
Candidate will evaluate proposed and approved ICPs to applicable message standards and interface specifications to validate recommended implementations to ensure that it meets applicable IERs and provides maximum USN/USCG//joint/allied TDL interoperability.
Review meeting documents and prepare technical responses, attend meetings to include but limited to local/phone (includes web-enabled) conference meetings, and conferences between the platform, the developer, and SSC PAC 53534 to discuss TDL interoperability items and issues
Attend meetings to include TDL Interoperability related periodic Technical Interface Meetings (TIMs), Certification Integrated Product Team (IPT) Meetings and other (recurring) meetings identified by platforms to address TDL interoperability items, identify issues and determine potential impacts to OPC TDL interoperability
Required:
- SECRET CLEARANCE
- 5 years of Operational experience or extensive technical development support experience
- US Citizen
- Travel 1—15%
- Experienced with Microsoft Office products, especially, Work, Excel and Power Point
Desired:
- BS in a technical field
- Military Operational experience
