Lawrence Berkeley National Lab’s (LBNL) Applied Mathematics and Computational Research Division has an opening for a Data Science Post Baccalaureate Fellow to join an interdisciplinary team to work in geospatial analysis and computational healthcare.
The combined expertise and facilities of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs offer a unique opportunity to accelerate the development of predictive models of various health outcomes using vast amounts of heterogeneous data. You will work collaboratively with scientists at the Lab to become familiar with research concepts and procedures that contribute to the development of world-class research in healthcare, machine learning and data science with a visible impact on the community.
