We’re seeking highly motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team here at DataBank. As a DataBank Billing Coordinator, you will work with various teams, such as Sales and Project Management, to enter sales and purchase order information, prepare and distribute invoices and supporting documentation, and assist in the maintenance and audits of the company's financial and tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate sales order documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Establish sales and purchase orders within the company’s financial system.
- Generate and distribute client facing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Audit, reconcile, and communicate discrepancies between tracking systems.
- Perform billing adjustment activities such as canceling invoices, processing credit memos and adjusting rates.
- Look to maximize revenue by identifying gaps in invoicing practices.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to pick up new concepts and learn quickly in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment.
- Detail-oriented, ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Maintains confidentiality relative to accounting matters.
- Ability to do business math and simple statistics.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years previous relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce preferred but not necessary.
