As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you will be a member of the Support Engineering team and will be responsible for working with users to improve productivity by resolving technical issues and improving the user experience. You will provide exceptional customer interactions to all Brickster's through tickets, walkups, pings, and in every interaction. You will be tasked with the procurement of hardware, renewals, life cycle planning, and costing. You will report to the IT Manager as part of the CIO's organization.

The impact you will have:

  • You will support our core platforms - user support, asset management, procurement, provisioning
  • Ensure all hardware/software allocations are logged, correct, and audited regularly
  • Procure and stage user hardware and keep stock on hand for just in time provisioning
  • Manage hardware shipments to new employees' homes, returns, and replacements
  • Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system and ensure continual updates are made to ensure customers are updated regularly.
  • Document assigned project work and update regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with other team members to improve efficiency by implementing new processes, and leveraging automation
  • Serve as an ambassador for the IT organization with our internal customers

What we look for:

  • Significant experience managing an asset management platform for hardware and software allocations
  • Experience in purchasing and maintaining stock thresholds (physical and SaaS)
  • Experience supporting customer IT needs as part of a global team supporting multiple regions and time zones
  • In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on macOS, Chrome OS, Windows 10, and SaaS applications
  • Work with cross-functional partners to find efficiencies and implement improvements to our internal systems
  • Experience working on a high volume ticketing system
  • Experience working knowledge with securing/management endpoints using JAMF / InTune
  • Demonstrated project management abilities
