Requirements:

• Certified as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes using Copado, Gearset or Prodly.
• Salesforce administration functions for user maintenance, record ownership, territory management, data imports and data updates
• Build and maintain Salesforce automations using advanced flow design and builds.  
• Migrate legacy workflows and process builders to flow automation.
• Manage Salesforce build processes in Jira for fields, lightning page layouts, validation rule, etc.
  Implement data validation and review strategies using validation rules, reports/dashboards and monthly data review to highlight data inconsistencies and ensure business alignment.
• Train new users and provide support for users on troubleshooting issues and resolving support tickets.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.  Sharing with user groups and planning for upgrades and long-term projects.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation for business processes and customizations made within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and implement these changes as appropriate, coordinating with developers or partners when needed.
• Manage Salesforce integrations to other systems using flow automations, ETL tools (Celigo), and knowledge of currently built custom integration solutions.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. 
• 8-10 years’ overall experience in Salesforce domain, including deep knowledge of CPQ based Quote to Cash process.
• Passion for crafting Automation with minimal custom code added to the system.
• Simplified and customer experience driven solutions mindset.
• Ability to help business users understand standardized way of working to maximize the potential of the platform.
• Persistence and agility to solve problems day in and out.
• Working with spectrum of stake holders and drive successful engagement.
• Articulation and communication to drive prioritization and process optimizations.
• Experience in Product based organizations in IT domain will be added plus.
