We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. As Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful go-to-market and adoption of our products, solutions and services in the market. This role requires a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. The Sr. Program Manager will build and own the overall governance model to drive cross functional initiatives, develop project plans, track KPIs and ensure achieving the company GTM and revenue objectives. What does it take? Overall responsibility for leading the Program Management Office (PMO) for the GTM functions under the global partner team across cloud, OEM and technology initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, including product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Work closely with DataRobot sales, marketing, partner business development and customer success leadership to align and execute on GTM activities in specific geographies and industries. Work with DataRobot partners to develop and tactically implement GTM plans, including lead generation activities, sales motions, partner training/education, and the development of sales and services offerings. Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of go-to-market programs to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of go-to-market programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across various departments, ensuring all teams are aligned on go-to-market plans, timelines, and deliverables. Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure program success and minimize disruptions. Act as a central point of contact for all go-to-market initiatives, providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Is this You? You have 5-10 years of experience as a Program Manager, or similar roles in a technology driven organization, with a focus on go-to-market strategies. Strong experience in business planning, go-to-market frameworks and project management. Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and managing complex go-to-market programs with cross-functional teams. Experience co-selling with cloud or technology providers including AWS, Azure and GCP is preferred. Experience working with OEM and managed services partners is a plus. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize program performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
