In the past year, DataSeers has seen extreme growth thanks to our clients and the popularity of FinanSeer. For our growing team, we are looking to hire a Technical Recruiter. DataSeers provides a flexible and fun work environment with a diverse, multi-cultural, and multilingual staff. This is an in-person, not a remote job. Employees will be required to come to the office during normal business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, job postings, job descriptions, initial talent screens, pipeline management, participation in weekly recruiting meetings, and offer negotiations.
- Always provide a high-touch candidate experience.
- Ensure the highest quality candidate experience through effective management of the talent funnel, moving pre-screened candidates through the interview process, with timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Maintain applicant records and activity status for applicant tracking.
- Work closely with Department heads to anticipate and help plan for headcount needs and requests.
- Conduct in-depth prescreen interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize the relevant experience and hard and soft skills.
- Know what is happening in the external market.
- Know how to write and maintain updated job descriptions for all roles
- Be a team player who’s self-aware, acts with integrity, and values diversity
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions, especially for software engineering/development roles
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Highly effective talent outreach experience and using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing channels
- Deadline-focused with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong research and listening skills
- Self-motivated and assertive individual with strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills Experience recruiting for a start-up; excited to own processes end-to-end and strong ability to manage internal teams’ limited time effectively
