Growth Marketing at Datavant owns an expansive charter that encompasses lead and demand generation, nurture, and conversion through each stage of the sales funnel, as well as marketing operations, analytics, and reporting. As a Growth Marketer, you will work closely with the marketing team to design, execute, and measure multichannel marketing programs and campaigns with the ultimate goal of acquiring, engaging, and growing customer accounts. In addition, you will help manage our martech suite (Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools software) to make sure our systems and processes are efficient and integrated, and lead data analytics and reporting on marketing's effectiveness.

In joining our tight-knit, nimble marketing team, you'll have the autonomy to create and drive your own marketing initiatives and work cross-functionally with Sales and Solutions to have an outsized commercial impact.

You will:

  • Design, execute, and report on marketing programs and integrated campaigns
    • Identify and invest in the most effective tactics and channels to generate prospects, including our website, social media, and paid and earned media
    • Collaborate with the Product and Partner Marketing teams to launch integrated campaigns through the coordinated delivery of content across new and existing channels
    • Create forms, lists, workflows, landing pages, Hubspot and Salesforce campaigns, reports, dashboards, and other work required to execute marketing initiatives
  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing and the Go-To-Market team to maximize funnel conversion from lead stage through customer
    • Design and implement nurture and re-nurture programs
    • Maintain effective lead scoring, marketing qualification, and lead handoff to Sales
  • Conduct data management, analytics, and reporting
    • Track, analyze, draw insights, and report on full-funnel marketing performance and trends by campaign, program, asset, and channel
    • Build, maintain, and improve data visualization, including reports and dashboards in both Salesforce and Hubspot
    • Use data-driven insights and lessons learned to improve marketing activities and assist in marketing decision making and strategic planning
    • Support data-related requirements as needed, including: data cleaning, monitoring QA dashboards, conducting marketing list imports, and lead routing
  • Manage our core marketing technology suite
    • Ensure marketing technology, systems, and tools are integrated, automated, and deployed effectively
    • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations team to ensure integration and alignment between Marketing & Sales systems and processes (Hubspot and Salesforce)

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or as a marketing generalist
  • Expertise with Hubspot and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledgeable on the strategy and tactics behind digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social, and email marketing
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and a no-job-too-small attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deeply data-driven, with the ability to analyze data and synthesize them into actionable insights
  • Multitasker who has strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS healthcare or tech industry preferred
