Program Manager

The program manager will help coordinate, drive, and execute projects tied to key revenue driving programs and initiatives across Go-To-Market. The Program Manager will have a broad responsibility that includes project management, communication, meeting management, and progress metric reporting to senior leadership.

A Look Inside the Job:

• Manage projects to drive the evolution of sales strategy, process, and methodology.
• Track initiatives by monitoring action items and progress towards meeting goals, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key players, and sustaining momentum needed to drive projects forward.
• Stay connected with cross functional team members to ensure all deliverables are on track to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, internal, and external stakeholders to set agendas, create initial drafts of communications, and prioritize plans to address dependencies that are impacting progress of projects.
• Facilitate review and collaborate with stakeholders to propose improvements of GTM policies and processes.
• Develop new programs/initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization as we scale and grow the sales organization.

About You:

• A proactive self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, you’re looking for an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, learn about the organization, and use business context to influence decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and a proven ability to take an end state or deliverable and set a measurable plan to reach the end goal.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload in a changing environment, and manage time effectively.
• 3 years of relevant experience in project/program management
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects/programs with cross-functional impact.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Bonus Points:
• Experience in an operational role in a fast-paced organization (Sales Operations, Process design)
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or MBA
