What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin Assistant position at Dave's Collision?
Dave’s Collision is a family owned and operated business that has been successfully representing the automotive repair industry for over 34 years!
Pay based on experience and performance with opportunity for a future full time position with additional benefits.
Three - four days a week to start with flexibility and filling in if another employee needs time off.
Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
· Updating, maintaining and creating files and spreadsheets.
· Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
· Maintaining office supply inventory.
· Scheduling estimates.
· Follow up communications regarding parts, customer updates and insurance payments.
· Reviewing invoices and statements.
Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED
· Have a valid driver's license.
· Experience in an automotive field or with CCC One Estimating program is a plus.
· Great communication, customer service, organizational and time management skills.
· Basic computer comprehension and knowledgeable in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
