RECEPTIONIST
LOCATION: Farmville, VA
OVERVIEW:
Davenport’s Farmville Branch is seeking a full time Receptionist. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting customers and clients, answering and fielding client questions, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn and master computer programs that house customer data
- Basic bookkeeping skills and record keeping ability
- Ability to understand and adhere to industry rules and regulations
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks as business needs change within the office
- Interest in the Financial Services industry a plus
- Other duties as assigned
