What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Survey Technician position at David Evans & Associates Inc?
DEA is seeking a Office Survey Technician to join a dynamic survey team in our Portland, OR office. The primary focus of this position will be to deliver high quality survey products that are on time and on budget. The Survey Technician’s duties include supporting the survey field and office staff for a wide variety of clients and deliverables. Since DEA is dedicated to utilizing cutting edge technology, the Survey Technician will have the opportunity to utilize multiple CAD and data modeling platforms as their skill and desire to grow in their career allows.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D Version 2019 or higher or MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads experience producing standard survey deliverables including mapping, topography, and boundary related products
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Interested in learning new things and expanding skills
