What we would like from you:

• Your experience with multi-family housing, apartment maintenance, landlord-resident relations
• Yardi experience
• Your knowledge of appropriate and effective conduct during emergency situations;
• Your proven and developed organizational and administrative abilities; Efficient interpersonal skills toward public, residents, employees, state and local authorities, and upper levels of management
• Your expertise in solving resident issues while utilizing creative problem solving skills to ensure resident satisfaction, involving the Property Manager as needed.
• Coordinate service calls, turnover schedule, small maintenance projects and ensure preventative maintenance is completed on a quarterly basis.
