What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer position at David's Towing and Tire?
We are looking for a new addition to our team! No dealership pressures or quotas, simply take care of the customer!
Ideally, we are looking for a strong candidate that has some or most of the following:
- Candidate should have knowledge of automotive and truck systems/repairs.
- Candidate should be able to compile information from technicians to build estimates and orders with labor and parts.
- Candidate should be able to complete on the job training and education
- Candidate should be able to explain products and services to customers and schedule service appointments.
- Candidate should be able to use computer software and phone systems.
- Candidate should be able to articulate information to customers.
- Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Candidate should be able to retain information for pricing and billing.
- Candidate should be able to accurately and successfully fill out paperwork and complete reports in a timely manner.
- Candidate should be able to collect payments and communicate with customers.
- Candidate should be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
