Sunset Sushi partnering with Davidson Hotels is looking for an experience Server/Maitre'D for our OMAKASE team!
The Maitre'd is the face and main point of contact for our guests from entry to exit. This role requires solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
* Greeting guests upon arrival
* Seating reservations in a timely manner
* Servicing all customers beverage needs throughout service
* Flipping & cleaning the space between each seating, being aware of timing throughout
* Maintaining a clean reception and dining area
* Preparing checks and reconciling payment for customers
* Completing a daily recap
What you bring to the table:
* MUST have previous work experience as a Server/Maitre'D/Floor manager
* Knowledge of Wine & Sake service preferred
* Quick on their feet and a natural problem solver
* The interest to learn and develop themselves in the hospitality industry
* Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
* Fine dining a plus
* Must be able to work evenings
