Material Program Manager
Davidson Technologies Inc. is seeking a Material Program Manager in Huntsville, AL. This position is an integral part of a fast-paced, innovative program to integrate Command and Control (C2) capabilities for the US Air Force (USAF) and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Candidate should be able to:

· Facilitate an agile/iterative development lifecycle

High Level Role and Responsibilities:
Candidate will serve as supply chain specialist for a fast paced, innovative team integrating C2 capabilities. This position will support the Program Manager (PM) by ensuring rapid pricing, procurement, delivery and tracking of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) hardware and software. Primary duties include interfacing with PM/DPM, subcontractors, Government, and corporate functions.
Candidate Assessment Criteria:
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant business/technical field with a minimum of 6 years experience in government contracting
· Knowledge of entire supply chain with significant experience working vendor negotiations and schedule/delivery management for electronic equipment
· Experience working competitive bids and sole source procurement
· Must be able to quickly adjust to changes in priorities, schedules, and budget to ensure program outcomes
· Excellent communication and Microsoft product skills (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
· A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage deadlines
· Able to prepare presentations and reports as needed
Preferred:
· Master’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant business/technical field with a minimum of 4 years experience in government contracting related work
· Knowledge of Supply Chain Mgt. quality control processes
· Experience in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
· Experience supporting Agile/iterative development
· Experience with international export controls and military transport methods
Clearance:
· Currently hold or able to obtain TS SCI clearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
