What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Onboarding Coordinator position at Davis Archway Treatment Center?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new hires.
- Assist with onboarding new hires into the organization.
- Assist with employee relations including onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, performance management, etc.
- Support the payroll function including processing of time cards for employees and assisting with payroll taxes.
- Support employee relations including conducting internal training as needed.
- Assist with compliance programs as needed.
- Support the benefit administration including processing of employee benefit plans such as 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance, etc.
- Assist with recruitment efforts including social recruiting efforts as well as talent acquisition.
- Support the Employee Relations function including conducting internal training as needed.
- Assist in developing Human Resource policies and procedures along with assisting with performance management and compensation processes.
- Support the recruitment effort including conducting social recruiting efforts as well as talent acquisition.
- Support the Employee Evaluation process including annual employee performance evaluation process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have:
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures along with basic knowledge of EEO laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to address employees in a professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers and management at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure that duties are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards for internal communication between departments/units/agencies/agencies/etc..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
