Opportunity to work with a highly respected Wyoming based firm with a great team of people
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Accounts payable, monthly client billing, and accounts receivable
- Account maintenance and reconciliation including trust accounts with highly sensitive rules and regulations
- General ledger account reconciliation and reporting
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Tax preparation
- Employee payroll including vacation/sick time recordkeeping
- Employee benefits administration and overseeing 401K providers
Education & Experience:
- Minimum associate degree in accounting or equivalent from a 2-year college
- Minimum 4 years related experience in bookkeeping; cost accounting experience a plus
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Highly proficient utilizing bookkeeping software, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in a professional services firm a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
