This person should have experience with cloud-based document systems and a working knowledge. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to lawyers
Assist with legal research, document preparation, and case management
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately
Handle client communication and maintain contact databases
Assist in drafting legal documents
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Calendaring deadlines, trial schedules, and appointments
Other administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
Previous experience in the legal field preferred
Proficiency in Clio or similar legal software is preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
