**Responsibilities:**
- Set and manage client appointments effectively
- Call clients and potential clients to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain and update client records accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive and upbeat workplace culture
**Qualifications:**
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive mental attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Great phone skills and a customer-focused mindset
**Compensation:**
- Hourly or Salary (based on experience and qualifications)
**Schedule:**
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekends for Alliance Corporate events and trainings.
