The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction document production for healthcare projects from the design development phase through the construction administration phase. Travel will be required. Autocad experience is highly recommended.
Duties:
· Construction Document Production
o Overseeing the production and completion of drawing plans
o Setting and maintaining the project schedule
o Managing the project coordinator / project team
o Reviewing Plans
o Working with Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and Interiors Consultants
o Managing client relationships throughout the project
o Writing specifications
· Code analysis
o Building code analysis
o Verifying Life Safety codes
o Checking plans for ADA compliance
o Checking plans for Healthcare Guideline compliance
· Submitting to governing agencies such as local building officials and state health departments
· Construction Administration duties
o Reviewing shop drawings
o Answering RFI’s
o Conducting on-site meetings and inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $51.00 per hour
