DaVita is currently looking for a ROPS Coordinator. Individuals who excel in this role are self-motivated and results driven. In this role you will focus on preparing and submitting paper claims to our patients' insurance providers. The main components of this role include:
- Learning and retaining the basics of your role in the Revenue Cycle
- Prepare and submit claims for reconsideration
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and leaders
- Learn and implement competencies into everyday work and interactions

- High school diploma or GED, required
- Ability to research and problem solve, using analytical and critical thinking skills
- Healthcare and medical billing/collections experience is preferred
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated history of resolving challenging issues
