DayaMed Healthcare is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (as a hybrid role in our Reno, Nevada headquarters) to provide support to our administrative functions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, a proactive self-started that is adept at multitasking and willing to pitch in.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
3. Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
4. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in electronic and paper formats.
5. Coordinate virtual meetings, video conferences, and webinars as needed.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documents and facilitating training sessions.
7. Assist with the organization and coordination of events, both virtual and in-person.
8. Provide administrative support to bookkeeping tasks.
9. Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as requested by management.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.
11. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
1. 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
2. Experience working in a small, startup style business is preferred.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
5. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
8. Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
9. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
10. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
