What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor- LPC Required position at Daybreak Treatment Solutions?
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and developing the organization's clinical program through tasks such as hiring, evaluating, scheduling, and supervision of clinical staff. Qualified candidates must develop strategies to allow for continued growth and provide clinical training to their staff and interns.
Duties:
- Develop & update our program's clinical content within the philosophy and scope of the organization.
- Perform intake assessments and maintain a modified counseling caseload.
- Coordinate requirements of outside agencies including drug court, parole, probation.
- Perform Quality Assurance duties to coordinate & enforce federal, state & local regulatory compliance.
- Communicate clients' progress by participating in interdisciplinary meetings & evaluations.
- Directly supervise and provide clinical direction and weekly supervision to Counselors and Counselor Assistants.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, timeliness and documentation of all rehabilitation services for all Daybreak programs.
- Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in an ethical manner.
- Ensure that all services provided are consistent with current accepted practice for substance abuse rehabilitation.
- Chair team conferences and family meetings.
- Perform or coordinate pre-admission assessments for potential admissions to all Daybreak programs.
- Ensure that any individual case studies or research protocols conducted within the organization meet accepted research standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in an allied health or counseling field.
- Licensed to practice clinical discipline in PA.
- One or more of the following credentials LCSW, LPC, LADC, CADC
- Minimum of 2 years Post-licensure management & clinical supervisory experience in the addictions field.
- Minimum of 4 years working in the addictions field.
