We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chemical Compounder to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Chemical Compounder to oversee the production of chemical compounds according to established formulas and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, mix, and compound chemicals according to established formulations and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment and chemical processing systems.
  • Ensure accurate measurements and quality control throughout the compounding process.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processing and equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct tests and inspections on finished products.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulas, production processes, and inventory levels.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chemical Compounder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of chemical compounds, reactions, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain precise measurements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to chemical manufacturing.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy containers and stand for extended periods.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
