Job Description
We are accepting applications from responsible and presentable individuals with good manners and people skills. Must be attentive to the needs of guests and have an eye for detail.
Applicants should have a flexible schedule with motivation to pick up extra shifts.
Preferred qualifications for Front Desk Position:
* Previous Hotel Experience a plus
* Great Customer Service Skills
* Direct Sales Experience that translates into selling rooms.
* Must have experience with Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word Process, PowerPoint
Responsibilities & Requirements Include:
* Guest reception and processing of check-ins and check-outs
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Sales for Phone Reservations, Online Reservations and Walk Ins.
* Reservation processing and confirmation emails
* Credit Card processing and reception of cash payments
* Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
* Food preparation and breakfast service
* Microsoft Word/Excel and other Computer Skills
* Determining the needs of all guests and meeting those needs in a timely manner.
* Some housekeeping (minimal)
* Interoffice Communication with staff members to ensure smooth daily operations
* Communication Skills with Outside Vendors and Representatives
* Handle Multiple Guests and Projects simultaneously during each shift
