Supports change in the organization by providing leadership and support for a variety of quality improvement projects. Collaborate with ambulatory, inpatient, emergency department, perioperative, primary care, community, and / or surgery teams to achieve sustainable change in clinical and patient reported outcomes.
Serve as a quality improvement subject matter expert at the project level.
The Quality Improvement Consultant is responsible for establishing a culture of quality improvement throughout Dayton Children’s Hospital through the deployment of high priority projects within the Clinical Excellence portfolio.
This resource must serve a subject matter expert in quality improvement techniques and process evaluation and remain abreast of new technologies and techniques that may be used to address identified issues.
