A Call Center Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day operations of a team of Outbound Appointment Setters whose primary responsibilities are to schedule appointments for Sales Reps and provide outstanding customer service. This position has an immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the company. DAZSER is the largest franchise commercial cleaning company in the U.S. and our goal is to generate B2B leads for the sales team.
Job Responsibilities
You will meet or exceed KPIs while providing admin support to the Call Center reps. You will generate daily, weekly and monthly reports that provide key department metrics. You will strive to accomplish team results by communicating job expectations and the application of organizational policies and procedures. Throughout the day you will monitor your staff members according to established standards.
Supervise the Telemarketing Department, including the hiring, training, coaching, and motivation of Telemarketing staff
Drive departmental performance goals
Work with Regional Directors to coordinate calling levels for each market
Assist in the development of training material for Telemarketing staff
Provide overall support to Telemarketing staff, including execution of regular staff meetings
Develop monthly Telemarketing staff incentives
Resolve routine issues concerning activity and operations of the department
Communicate with personnel in all market Areas to obtain/provide needed information
Communicate with IT department to ensure operation of computer equipment
Prepare expense reports and general paperwork, accurately and timely
Maintain good relations with cross functional team members
You will need these skills/experience for our Call Center Supervisor position:
- You MUST live within a 30 minutes drive to our office
- 5 years of hands on experience in a Telemarketing role
- 3 or more years of leadership experience with direct reports
- A proven track record of increased production and team performance success
- Must be goal-oriented, tenacious, and self-starter with a keen sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to energize and inspire others
- Disciplined, organized and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage difficult situations and the challenges associated with the creative thinker
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PC based softwarre programs
