Responsible for providing analytical and specialized administrative support for the NE area operations director. Direction and management of corporate and regulatory policies, compliance and associated review and auditing for the NE area branch operations. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Compile data and statistical information, for area P&L review and budget planning processes, develop reporting and coordinate special projects in support of director’s initiatives. * Direct procurement activities for the area branches. * Oversight over all area branch activities to ensure IATA/OSHA records, files and requirements are maintained. * Oversee the administration and compliance for job injury reporting and follow-up: OSHA record requirements and related areas including Workman’s Comp claim for the area branches. * Coordinate payroll approvals, direct branch training and guidance for the payroll process in ADP. * Responsible for Safety & Environmental oversight. Coordinates the administration and preparation of Safety Policies in the area Branches to ensure consistent application and adherence to company policy and regulatory compliance. * Provides guidance and direction to management over the new employee onboarding processes to insure consistency and expedience for all area branches * Provides support to management and HR Manager for matters relating to employee changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation assessments, disciplinary communications, leave of absence and workman’s comp for the area branches. * Ensure that employee files are maintained accurately and ensure that approved updated templates are in use at all times. * Collaborate with local HR Manager(s) with implementation of employee focused programs such as Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Review Process, Goal setting and Attendance Management Programs. * Implement and maintain all office polices for area branches including but not limited to dress code, employee computer, desk phones, IT issues * Coordinate with recruitment, outreach, candidate evaluation and new employee orientation and associated job specific training. Provide oversight for tasks and responsibility deadlines for the eMPP and Goal setting processes. * Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
