- Member Services: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Manage membership records and assist with onboarding new members.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing club events, tournaments, and special functions. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor arrangements, and member communications.
- Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with daily tasks and communications. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse and surrounding areas. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in top condition.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and uphold club policies and procedures. Monitor and report on key operational metrics.
- Accounting Responsibilities: Process and record member payments, fees, and dues. Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
