Regional Trainer

Rewarding Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the DSP/DDA training program in conjunction with the Director of Training

· Coordinate employee and in-service training in conjunction with the Director of Training

· Coordinate CPR/1st Aid and Aggression Management Training to all employees

· Assist in the training of direct care staff in (CBTA’s) in the provision of services, including hands on direct care staff training

· Assist the Administrator in orientation and training of QIDP’s in the provision of services

· Participate in the development and presentation of training materials for Quarterly Meetings

· In the absence of a QIDP assist the Administrator in organizing the assignment of duties to meet the needs of the home

· Conduct periodic home audits and participate/organize the plan of correction

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or Related Field

· 1-2 Years of Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clean MVR (motor vehicle record)

· Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
