What are the responsibilities and job description for the DNA Collector position at DDC?
We are looking for DNA Collector that lives in or near Richmond, KY. Must be available to start on Tuesday, 4/19/22. The Collector will be observing DNA cheek swab collections and completing a chain of custody intended for paternity establishment. Work will be done at the Madison County Child Support office on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The ideal candidate is responsible, responsive and can work well independently. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to comfortably interact with the public. There will also be opportunities to collect samples at jails in the area.
This is a contractor position (1099). The Collector will be paid $8 per person rate or a minimum flat fee. The flat fee is guaranteed if a shift is shorter than the listed time or if clients don't show up for their appointment. Flat fees are based on round-trip mileage. No experience is needed.
