Project Administrative Associate, Professional Services

We are the execution wing within the Professional Services. We work closely with our sales and consulting partners to implement the client’s purchase for training, upskilling, coaching, and accomplishing their development needs. We use Customer Success techniques to function as a team to help deliver results.
Our process centers around the account teams so that there is an equal voice of all involved parties seated at the table. Our focus is on HOW we can get the work done. 
We have a robust diverse team built from different backgrounds, experiences, and identities that are eager to learn and grow to create an inclusive and supportive workplace. 
We work with various stakeholders who are as diverse as we are: C-Suite Level, Sales, Consulting, Product Design, Technology, and everything in between. 

Our team is primarily based in Pittsburgh and Atlanta, though you can work anywhere within the US.

Responsibilities

  • Creating WOW experiences by utilizing these skill sets:
      • Client focus – Building trusting client relationships by seamlessly managing timelines and deliverables while teaching clients to administer DDI Technology systems.
      • Project Execution – Working closely with the Project Manager to help execute the strategy and plan to implement the client’s needs. 
      • Organization – Managing multiple tasks, deliverables, and activities that are on different projects. Meeting deadlines as provided and ensuring follow-up as the deliverables are completed.
  • Supporting client project teams within professional services on project-related activities such as but not limited to:
      • Managing an array of scheduling activities, generating reports, and updating project plans and trackers; electronic file maintenance.
      • Processing customer and resource requests to equip teams with accurate and complete information.
      • Creating and proofing client presentations and documentation, Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and PowerBI.
  • Working with a project team in collecting data, taking notes during meetings, creating and distributing agendas, creating dashboards, and invoicing clients monthly
  • Documenting processes and protocols across projects and services
  • Sharing knowledge and providing training to others onboarded to the role
  • Management of low volume, one workstream client accounts
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent or 3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Enjoys working with tight timelines and multiple deadlines; it’s a fast-paced environment 
  • Exhibit high initiative and energy, sense of urgency as part of a dynamic high performing team
  • Detail oriented and takes personal responsibility for the quality
  • Stellar at managing their own work yet loves but able to fully interact with others
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation
  • Excellent Follow-up skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust own ways of working

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, Dynamics, PowerBI, Power Automate, or other automated solutions
  • Ability to think strategically
