IT Administrator: Blue Bell-based, mid-sized law firm seeks a resourceful problem-solver to provide IT support and serve as initial point of contact for end-users’ issues. The role involves providing centralized technical support on hardware, software, and application issues in coordination with the firm's cloud-network provider, and following up with users to ensure successful problem resolution. Ideal applicant is a creative solver who’s willing to handle widely varying tasks, including help desk support and management of physical and electronic documents. Should be able to prioritize and collaborate on new technology solutions, and bring a can-do attitude to all that the job entails. Additional responsibilities include assisting with IT-related tasks such as printer and workstation configuration, conference room A/V setups, and managing/troubleshooting mobile devices. Must contribute resolutions and content to internal knowledgebase and participate in special IT projects, as well as work with IT vendors. Prior law firm experience with substantial knowledge of Remote Desktop Operations, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC, and ProLaw preferred.
