Dead Presidents Group is a restaurant collection in Lincoln, Nebraska that is dedicated to authentic dining experiences through the spirit of community. We are looking for dynamic front line enthusiasts to set the tone for our concepts, provide excellent customer service and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Lincoln’s Pub is an American gastro pub with locally sourced eats. Like, really local. Come as you are. Relax. Eat. Drink. Linger (but don’t make it weird).
We are looking for cool, vibrant, and energetic people to help us provide the best food and service the city has ever seen.
Description
- Welcoming and greeting patrons either over the phone or in person
- Answer questions and make recommendations about our food, beverages, products and services
- Follows procedures regarding food service, cleanliness, allergens, sanitization, etc.
- Communicate with servers and bartenders regarding tables that have been sat. Help place silverware, get guests started with waters, clear empty dishes plates as needed.
- Takes to go orders over the phone with accuracy, professionalism, and politeness.
- Use POS system to ring orders and products accurately.
- Packages food and beverages for guests according to orders, special requests, and additional items.
- Review order with guests, process payment for orders.
- Perform opening and closing duties which will include filling condiments, rolling silverware, keeping hostess stand and to go area appropriately stocked, keeping a clean workspace and other duties as assigned.
