Job Posting for Client Onboarding Specialist at Dealer e Process
The Client Onboarding Specialist role oversees multiple projects for New Business Website clients and its related products/services. As well as assists with the setup or cancellation of various products/services for existing clients.
To succeed in this position you will minimally need the following characteristics, skills and ability:
·Have a strong interest in learning about the Automotive Industry, websites and their associated tools, services and best practices.
·Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·Advanced email, phone and customer service skills.
· Highly organized self-starter who adapts quickly to processes and has excellent attention to detail.
·Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects in different phases at once.
·Within the first 90 days be able to arrange and conduct a Client Onboarding / Strategy Meeting (via Google Meet).
·Ability to understand and clearly and confidently discuss company or third party products/tools to be set up or brought over on the client’s website.
·Ability to follow a clear timeline of when things will be due from or to the client, as well as your related tasks.
·Sending and assisting with the completion of all necessary set up documents for Website and Products/Services.
·Act as the liaison between the client and all other internal teams that are working on the execution of the website project.
·Ability to work with 3rd Party contacts for troubleshooting or setup of their services placed on the client’s website.
·Tracking of all work and its completion through various company systems (Project Mgmt. Tool, CRM, Ticketing System and Google Drive).
·Completion of multiple quality checks throughout the process.
·Facilitating the actual “Go Live” of the website and products on Launch Day.
·Assist with other setup or cancellation requests for various Products/Services that the team handles for existing clients or product only clients.
*Experience with the following is helpful but not required: Finance/Pre-Approval software, Trade –in Tools, Call Tracking, Automotive Inventory (feed/pricing/display), Chat Tools or Social Media/Reputation Monitoring Tools.
