Job Posting for Business Development Agent at Dealership Toolkit

Here at Dealership ToolKit, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Center Agents to help us serve our dealership clients. You may be the first impression of the dealerships or an anticipated follow-up call. The goal is to serve our dealerships' customers and maintain their dealership and brand loyalty. This is on site working position. NO remote work for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Answer inbound sales and service calls and schedule dealership appointments.
  • Arrange appointments for new dealership leads
  • Provide trustworthy customer experience feedback and after-sales support
  • Inbound Appointment/ Advisor/ Dealership Requests
  • Coordinate / Schedule Customer Service Appointments
  • Scheduling service appointments or car show appointments and inputting customer details in the dealership's scheduler
  • Recommending Additional Service Needs (Presell) based on recommendation of vehicle type or mileage (i.e. tire rotation, oil changes, air/cabin filter replacement or etc.
  • Manage and Document Process in respective CRM tool and Software(s)
  • Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as required
  • Performing other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support is a PLUS
  • Proven working experience as a business development agent, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and Service scheduling software is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Bi-Lingual a PLUS
  • 35 WPM
  • Professional and friendly phone skills
  • Ability to work rotating weekend
  • Ability to multi-task and navigating multiple software(s) (concurrently)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Proven conversion statistics
  • Dealership / Inside Sales Experience is a PLUS
  • Appointment Setting Experience is a PLUS
  • Have experience or have some knowledge of RV and automative world is a PLUS!!!

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
