Job Summary Responsible for managing and facilitating internal and external operational audits, including tracking regulatory and contractual requirements related to audits. Work closely with management in the Legal/Regulatory Oversight & Compliance Departments to accumulate legal/regulatory operational requirements and educate business partners on operational requirements. Identifies operational gaps, assesses risk and works with business partners to develop compliant solutions. Assists business partners in the development of compliant policies and procedures. Produces meaningful reports to leadership on the outcomes of key audits. Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or equivalence in a related field AND 5 years of experience in business environment. * Minimum 3 years of legal and/or regulatory implementation experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams and/or projects. * Experience in providing support to senior staff in process re-engineering and strategic problem-solving. * Experience in conducting analyses and developing, executing and communicating strategic and operational impacts. * Creative thinking skills. * Knowledge of the regulatory and legislative processes, functions and drivers. * Writing, executive presentation, verbal communication, facilitation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. * Organizational skills and detail oriented. * Experience working independently, responding to rapidly changing priorities.
