Commercial and Residential Glass Glazier:
Dearco Paint, Glass & Distributors is an Established, Growing and Family Owned Company in Shawano that can offer great career opportunities. We are currently looking to fill the position of Commercial and Residential Glass Glazier. Although glazing experience would be preferred we would be interested in talking with you if you have at last 5 years of construction experience and willing to train to learn the other needed skills for the position.
Responsibilities Include:
· Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
· Assemble and install commercial storefront windows and doors
· Measure and install Insulated glass units in commercial and residential settings
· Hang doors, install thresholds, flashing and break metal
· Trouble shoot and resolve any issues with installation process
· Caulking windows and frames on jobsite
· Cut glass and mirror
· Hang mirrors in homes or businesses
· Lifting and loading heavy glass into company vehicles and job sites
· Maintain a safe and clean worksite
· Perform additional duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

· 8 Hour Day Shifts
· Monday thru Friday

Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Reliability to commute and be to work every day on time
· Ability to communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
· Past construction experience is preferred
· Knowledge and experience with tools such as tape measure, hammers, various saws and drills, impact drivers, utility knives, caulk guns and more
